UPDATE:
After this page was posted, escrow fell through, yet again! The
Dads are trying to sell the place! It's moving day at the Russian River! After 20 very happy years, 15 months on the market, and one failed escrow, the Dads finally sell the River Place. Some very mean people bought it, and insisted on keeping almost all the furniture and other stuff, so packing was a breeze. The plan now is to buy a "winter home" in Palm Springs! |
